Energy balance production and processing of carrot roots for fresh consumption

Sažetak
Ispitivanje energetskog bilansa proizvodnje i dorade mrkve za svežu upotrebu izvedeno je za proizvodnu 2012. godinu. Za celu tehnologiju proizvodnje i dorade korena mrkve za svežu upotrebu, potrebno angažovati 852,14 h/ha živog rada. Najviše živog rada se angažuje za ubiranje, tj. pri ručnom sakupljanju korena mrkve. Vrednost energetskog inputa za njivsku proizvodnju korena mrkve za upotrebu u svežem stanju iznosila je 76.435,14 MJ/ha, a za doradu (skladištenje, pranje i pakovanje) 99.351,02 MJ/ha. Ukupna vrednost energetskog inputa za njivsku proizvodnju i doradu korena mrkve iznosila je 175.786,16 MJ/ha. Za njivsku proizvodnju i doradu, korena mrkve za svežu upotrebu, ukupna vrednost specifičnog energetskog inputa (EIsp) iznosi 3,516 MJ/kg, ukupni stepen iskorišćenja energije (EP) iznosi 0,284 kg/MJ, dok je ukupna vrednost energetskog odnosa (ER) bila 0,492.
Abstract
Analysis of the energy balance production and processing of carrot roots for fresh consumption was performed during 2012. For a complete technology of production and processing carrot for fresh consumption, it was necessary to engage 852.14 h/ha of human labor. Most human labor is engaged in the manual collection of carrot root. The total value of the energy inputs for the production carrot roots for fresh consumption was 76435.14 MJ/ha and for processing (storage, washing and packing) carrot roots was 99351.02 MJ/ha. The total value of the energy inputs for production and processing of carrot roots was 175,786.16 MJ/ha. For the production and processing of carrot roots for fresh consumption, the total value of special energy input (EIsp) was 3.516 MJ/kg, energy productivity (EP) was 0.284 kg/MJ, while the net energy ratio (ER) was 0.492.
